My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, featuring an internal balcony with a nice view of the Atrium. The staff was kind and courteous, offering complimentary cookies at check-in. The location was convenient but a bit challenging to access from the airport. The dining experience was good, although slightly overpriced. The hotel is still undergoing some construction work, but it served as a suitable pre-trip stay near the airport.
The Double Tree hotel surprised me with its new beds, bath, carpet, and furniture in the rooms, surpassing my expectations even though the inside Atrium wasn't as impressive. Despite my late check-out request, the staff managed it smoothly. The service, especially from Robiya, the Front Office Manager, was exceptional and made our wedding block needs hassle-free. The location, while seeming a little tired post-renovation, shines as an excellent choice for an airport hotel with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience, despite the variety of food and pleasant staff, was slightly cold, even for a Gold status member like me. The facilities overall were great, making my stay enjoyable.
The hotel provided a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite a few issues like a slight moldy smell and an AC problem, were generally clean and comfortable. The service had its ups and downs but was mostly accommodating. The location was convenient with a variety of dining options. The dining experience varied in price and quality. Overall, the facilities were decent.
Flying out of MCO early, the hotel provided clean and spacious rooms good enough for 4 people. Although there was a lingering smell, it was bearable and one could get used to it. The attentive service went above and beyond by arranging a shuttle to a nearby laundromat. The location, within 10 minutes of the airport, was excellent for exploring nearby restaurants and shopping.
I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The internal balcony room was spotless and well-set up, but it had a slight smell of moldy, stale air. The room was pretty comfortable overall with warm sheets, which I appreciated.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and well-equipped with all the basic essentials. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially the airline flight crew who finally helped me find the shuttle stop. The location is superb, just outside the airport with many nearby restaurants. The dining experience was delightful, including a very nice omelet bar. Overall, it was a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
