The Double Tree hotel surprised me with its new beds, bath, carpet, and furniture in the rooms, surpassing my expectations even though the inside Atrium wasn't as impressive. Despite my late check-out request, the staff managed it smoothly. The service, especially from Robiya, the Front Office Manager, was exceptional and made our wedding block needs hassle-free. The location, while seeming a little tired post-renovation, shines as an excellent choice for an airport hotel with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience, despite the variety of food and pleasant staff, was slightly cold, even for a Gold status member like me. The facilities overall were great, making my stay enjoyable.

Flying out of MCO early, the hotel provided clean and spacious rooms good enough for 4 people. Although there was a lingering smell, it was bearable and one could get used to it. The attentive service went above and beyond by arranging a shuttle to a nearby laundromat. The location, within 10 minutes of the airport, was excellent for exploring nearby restaurants and shopping.
